Description
All the arm safe performance benefits of the XeneCore Formula that tour player Bethanie Mattek-Sands credits for her recovery from a devastating shoulder ailment last year. This is a lightweight version of Bethanie’s racquet of choice for juniors graduating to their first adult racquet, especially if they have a tendency to crush the ball and are in danger of arm problems that can occur with over-hitting. The Formula Lite is also a great remedy for tender arms and elbows of smaller senior players who want a blend of lightweight power, control and stability.

Technology
Dual XēneCore™

*Due to variations caused by different strings, tension, grip types and handles, we measure stiffness only on the raw frame. Due to the unique characteristics of XēneCore™, RAs should not be used to compare power against graphite racquets because of their hollow nature and lack of mass. All graphite racquets are hollow so power has been measured by stiffness and swing weight only. In actuality, mass is an important factor in measuring the Coefficient of Restitution and "Power" which is actually velocity. See Wikipedia Reference. Hollow racquets have little mass to help increase the Coefficient of Restitution and velocity. The density of mass also increases reflex speed and increases velocity. Analogize horsepower vs. torque in generating automobile velocity.
